YorkshireNet Online Accommodation Availability System

The YorkshireNet system has two components: the Accommodation Provider admin module uses a simple online system for the provider to show when a particular accommodation is fully booked, and the Availability Calendar module which shows the prospective customer real availability with a link to a booking form. Uniquely, the YorkshireNet system allows the customer availability calendar to be linked from any website, thus giving the accommodation provider a valuable non-branded addition to their own website.

This online demo is a real live working version of the Availability System, with two alternatives for serviced and self-catering providers.

Serviced accommodation providers can login to the demo using ID: demo with Password: demo. This demo version has four types of accommodation. These types can be configured to suit individual providers. Using the online system it is only necessary to show when a particular type of accommodation is fully booked – it will show as available until booked.

Self-catering providers can login to the demo using ID: cottagedemo with Password: demo. This demo version has four cottages. Their names can be configured to suit individual providers. Each cottage will show as available until booked using the online admin system.

For both types of providers the system allows dates to be blocked as not available for bookings to start – such as Christmas Day, or for example to restrict bookings for cottages to only start on a particular day (eg Saturday) in season.
